[Luka is one not to trifle with. He has a very short temper and is one of the strictest government official in Hollywood. He‘s one that doesn‘t take crap from anyone. Although if you remain on his good side he could be the best friend you‘ve ever had. Just as long as you don‘t cross the line Luka will be more then willing to help you out. He‘s very tough on offenders that break the law and is sometimes known as The Enforcer.]

OvErAlL HiStOrY:

[Luka was born in Moscow Russia to Anna Kelowski and Jacob Durowitz. He was brought up by them attending one of the Gifted schools there. His parents were divorced when he was 8 years old and he was then shipped back and forth between them. When he reached high school age his father remarried and moved to the United States. Luka was then forced to go stay with him along with his 3 siblings when his mother passed away from Cancer.

Luka then became rebellious at that time. Being the eldest of 4 children he was supposed to set an example, but he set the wrong one. However he never did anything to hurt anyone and was therefore still able to be trusted. He smoked, drank and partied to the wee hours of morning until he graduated from high school.

When Luka‘s father fell ill Luka had to take on the role of breadwinner for the family. He worked his way through college and got a job in the movie business as a ‘talent scout‘. Later he worked his way up the ladder to become a watcher for the Ministry. His father passed away not long after Luka became a ‘talent scout‘ and he was forced to take care of his younger siblings.
The children finally grew up and moved out to attend college themselves and are now well known Hollywood actors filming in a lot of Supernatural related movies. The second oldest now has two children of their own.]

[Luka found his way blocked. He let out an aggravated growl at the line of cars in front of him before sticking his head out of the window. “Oh come on I‘m going to be late for work!” he growled. He wasn‘t sure what was going on so he stepped out of the car and peered down the road. “Oh you have got to be kidding me.” he muttered when he saw the parade of school children on a field trip crossing the road. He looked back to see if there was any way he could back out and find another road, but he was trapped.

He sighed and got back into the car and turned on the radio to try to calm himself. He drummed along on the steering wheel for a few moments. Finally he saw the tail lights on the vehicles ahead start to die out and the cars beginning to move. “Finally.” he grumbled before putting the car into gear and heading off to work.]
