Section A:

Part AA: All of those who are gifted are required to attend one of the gifted schools From pre-K age to 12. Colleges are also set aside for the Gifted if they so wish to attend. All schools are known to the others as Schools for the arts.

Part AB: By reading age, all Gifted take the test. They must attempt to read the master list. If they can not, they are sent to the Asylums.

Part AC: Anyone who fails the test and is sent to the asylums. Their names are erased from the records and they are marked as deceased. If they later escape and commit a crime they are given an alias before being placed into Hendricks. The Alias is so that other Gifted can be warned about them and also used as an example of what not to do.

Part AD: Every 5 years the Gifted within the Asylums are tested once again. If they have been rehabilitated, they will be released.

Part AE: If a committed Gifted escaped from the Asylum and is later caught, they will be sent to Hendricks. They will only be released from Hendricks if they can pass The Test.

Part AF: If a Gifted is sent to Hendricks he or she WILL have their powers revoked.

Section B:

Part AA: No Gifted is allowed to tell a non Gifted about them.

Part AB: The ONLY exceptions ARE, 1. You marry one, 2. They come to work in Hollywood and are warned that anyone they tell will have their memories modified, and they will be fired and mind swept.

Part AC: No Gifted is allowed to use their abilities around Non-Gifted. Unless the Non-Gifted is a spouse or relative.

Part AD: Government officials are not allowed to divulge any information on Gifted to outsiders.

Section C:

Part AA: Consumers* are to be watched from birth. If they become too powerful some of their powers will be stripped.

Part AB: Consumers are to be housed separately from Other Gifted in the asylums.

Part AC: Any Consumer who uses their abilities for personal gain, will be institutionalized.

Part AD: Any consumer that is released from Asylum or Prison that was convicted of violent crimes against gifted must be registered, and any gifted living within a mile of their next of kin they are staying with must be notified.
