Personality:
[A very curious woman with a thirst for knowledge that easily falls in love with unique exotic things. Her upbringing taught her to appreciate those people that take the path less traveled and the interesting things you find there. She has no time or patience for trying to fit in. She does her own thing and 'makes her own crowd' as her mother always says. When not in clothes for work her style is quite glamorous flashy and feminine, complete with something from her exotic jewelry collection.

She may like the flashy stuff but her taste for the unusual led her to learn the martial art of Capoeira too. Her mother joking says she had to choose the flashiest way to fight also.

She can be friendly and talkative when the occasion arises but usually only one on one. She is not the life of the party but she does love parties. Though she may not be the center of attention type she makes sure to fan the flames of whoever is.

Bryceia is a very determined person. It takes a lot to defeat her or get on her bad side. She doesn't make very many enemies so if someone manages to get on her bad list it isn't from lack of compassion and patience on her part. As far as work goes she does the job and then some and she has the same fierce loyalty to her friends.]

OvErAlL HiStOrY:

[Born to a couple that owned a modest resort in the Cayman Islands. After the third hurricane destroyed their business and took the life of her father, her mother took her to England at the request of a family friend. There her mother opened up a small Inn since it was the only business she knew. Both of them being consumers they were regularly visited by watchers whom they became very close with.

Bryceia was a help to her mother filling in where needed since they only had two other staff member at the small inn. A far cry from the larger resort they loved back on the island. It was around these guests and random visitors that she grew up. The different cultures impressing her young developing mind. She picked up several interest, from piano to her love of jazz, even to the extremes of Capoeira martial arts.

Tragedy struck when she was fifteen. Bryceia along with four other girls were taken by a small gang of gift abusers. After intervention by the Ministry Bryceia and two others were returned to their parents unharmed. One girl died in the struggle and another girl went crazy from the physical and psychological abuse by their captors.

Even though a pregnancy was a visible result of her ordeal, to this day her memory of the event is unclear. In a way it makes her feel even more ashamed. When a little girl was born her aunt and uncle raised her as their child and Tia has no idea. The positive effects of the event made her decided to pursue a path that led to a handler position at the ministry. if it wasn't for the work of a watcher, who had become a close family friend, and a fast thinking recon agent all of the girls would have died that day.

After much schooling she secured her dream job of working for the Ministry, quickly working her way up in the ranks to become one of the youngest to make Handler.]
