[Josh is the eldest of 3 children. His father worked for the government as well, which is what got Joshua into wanting to pursue a career in it as well. He started out as a paper pusher and worked his way up to being a watcher. Being a consumer has it's advantages when working in the government. And it can have it's drawbacks when coming onto a new power.

Joshua grew up in a decent environment. He attended Kentbridge High, and then went on to the F.B.I. academy where all government officials start out. After graduating from the academy Joshua got his first position as the paper pusher.]
